During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the beautiful location with stunning views of the alps. the daily cleaning of the room and the spa area was also impressive. the spa facilities were top-notch and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage I received. the breakfast spread was generous and had a good variety of items.
The hotel was extremely crowded during the weekend, making it difficult to enjoy the spa and restaurant areas. the lack of etiquette by some guests with jumping in the pool, pouring water in saunas, and not following pool rules made the experience chaotic and unpleasant.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the mountains. The best aspects were clean rooms, excellent facilities, good location in the area, and friendly staff. Breakfast was also a highlight.

This hotel was a great choice for my city trip. The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. The breakfast was one of the best aspects of my stay, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the nice and modern room, complete with a big balcony to enjoy the stunning view.
While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that I didn't enjoy. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from a nearby facility, and the lack of air-conditioning made sleep difficult during hot summer days.
